916 .000 km² shared mainly by the Amazon lowland, Andes mountains, highland and Llanos wide plains boarded by the Caribbean sea and the Atlantic ocean. More than 29 million people and a lot of oil which accounts for roughly a third of GDP, around 80% of exports, and more than half of government revenues. It manufactures and exports industry products such as aluminum, steel, cement, electronic, coffee and food. Imports in several sectors are also significant.
